What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, correspondence, device and website-use information, and marketing preferences. Shopify and the payment provider process payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Why we use it

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, keep business and tax records, improve the store and send marketing only where you have asked to receive it.

Who helps us provide the store

We may share only the information needed with service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, delivery carriers, email services, website hosting and accounting software. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw marketing consent or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@vinyltheory.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect customer information and keep it only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
